A gentle, nurturing massage designed to support the body during pregnancy. This treatment focuses on relieving common areas of tension such as the back, hips, and legs while promoting relaxation and overall comfort. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to help expecting mothers feel supported, relaxed, and cared for.

Safety Note:
Prenatal massage is recommended after the first trimester. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or any medical concerns, doctor approval may be required prior to your session.

Corporate & Event Chair Massage

Bring calm and clarity to your workplace or event. Chair massage sessions are performed over clothing and focus on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and back — the areas most affected by stress and long hours.

Max Reset Pop-Up at Maximus Health + Fitness

Services labeled “Available only at Maximus Health + Fitness” are part of the Max Reset Pop-Up, a temporary on-site massage and recovery experience offered at the gym.

These sessions will be available at Maximus only and are not available for mobile appointments.

Payment is due at the end of service. Accepted forms of payment include Cash and Venmo.

A short, focused massage for your neck, shoulders, and back. Targeted muscle recovery between or after workouts.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to lift the skin and surrounding tissue. This technique helps increase circulation and release tight muscle areas. It is often combined with massage to support recovery and improve mobility.

Temporary circular marks may appear after treatment and usually fade within a few days.
