At Max Serene Massage, every session is created with care, intention, and respect for your time and energy. To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please review the following:

Payment & Deposit Policy

A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment once your requested session has been confirmed. After your appointment is approved, payment instructions will be provided.

This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Please note: This deposit policy does not apply to Max Reset pop-up sessions at Maximus Health + Fitness.

• Accepted methods: Cash or Venmo.

• Gratuity is not included but is appreciated.

Cancellation & Sick Policy

Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of the deposit.

If you are feeling sick or have recently been exposed to illness, please let me know so we can reschedule your session.

Mobile Massage Mileage Fees

Travel within 0–10 miles from Riverhead is included. Additional fees apply beyond this range.

What to Expect After Your Massage

The day after your session, I’ll send a quick text to check in and answer any questions.

Post-Massage Tips:

• Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.

• Gentle stretching is encouraged.

• You may feel relaxed or slightly sore for 24–48 hours.

• Contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
