Before You Book

To help provide the best experience possible, please review the following before scheduling your appointment.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the completion of your session. If payment has not been received, it is expected within 24 hours.

Invoices remaining unpaid after 24 hours may be subject to a $15 late payment fee. Clients with repeated late payments may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be declined future bookings.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

Illness

If you are feeling sick or have recently been exposed to a contagious illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

Mobile Travel Fees

Right to Refuse Service

Max Serene Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if client safety, therapist safety, or professional boundaries are compromised.

After Your Session

You may experience mild soreness for 24–48 hours. Staying hydrated and gentle stretching are encouraged. I'll also check in with you after your session to see how you're feeling.
